1. About NBN
Novara Business Network is a digital business directory that helps people discover businesses, products and services and helps businesses increase their visibility. NBN is not a marketplace, seller, supplier or agent for businesses listed on the platform.
2. Accounts and Listings
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a business listing. Businesses are responsible for keeping their information current.
3. Business Verification
NBN may review and verify listings before publication or at any time afterward. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a business.
4. Plans and Payments
NBN may offer free and paid listing plans. Prices, features and billing arrangements will be displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the applicable plan terms and applicable Zambian law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must not provide fraudulent information, impersonate others, manipulate reviews, misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, distribute harmful software or use NBN for unlawful purposes.
7. Reviews and Content
Reviews and other content submitted to NBN must be genuine, lawful and respectful. NBN may remove content that violates these Terms. Users must have the necessary rights to content they upload.
8. Business Transactions
Transactions between customers and listed businesses are generally between those parties. Businesses are responsible for their products, services, prices, refunds, warranties and customer service.
9. Suspension or Removal
NBN may suspend accounts or remove listings that violate these Terms, contain misleading information, involve fraud, create security risks or otherwise breach applicable requirements.
10. Liability
NBN aims to provide accurate and reliable directory services but does not guarantee that every listing or business will always be accurate, available or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under Zambian law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Zambia.
